Practice Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday (seasonal)

Track practice three days per week at Kezar Stadium, 755 Stanyan Street, near Golden Gate Park and the UCSF Parnassus campus. The entrance to the Kezar parking lot is on Stanyan Street. Parking is also available at the UCSF Garage at Carl and Arguello.

Club Activities

 

Participate in local/regional/national/international track and field competitions (Average of 15-20 track meets throughout the season)

Host Annual Banquet and Award Ceremony in August recognizing efforts and success of all who are involved in the program during the season. This grand finale of the season is a unique opportunity for student athletes to dress semi-formally.

Provide various educational workshops to enhance the quality of life of student athletes and their families

During the off season, MacCanDo promotes the strength training and running, weight training and other activities designed for athletes to experience various sporting activities.

MacCanDo Tenderloin Youth Track Club is proud to announce that our head coach Robert McDaniels has been selected as one of the five finalists for the "San Francisco 49ers Community Quarterback Award of the Year 2012".

Coach Robert was honored for his achievements during a Pre-Game Ceremony on the field during the 49ers game versus the Miami Dolphins on Sunday, December 9, 2012 at Candlestick.
